Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information TalkMea collects, why, and what you can do about it. We only collect what we need to run the service.

1. What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and your name and profile picture if you sign in with Google.
• Your voiceovers: the text you submit, the language and voice you pick, and the audio files we generate.
• Usage and plan info: your plan, minutes used, and purchase history (which plan or pack, and when).
• A scrambled version of your IP address: when you sign up, we store a one-way scrambled ("hashed") version of your IP address to stop people creating many fake accounts. We don't keep your IP address in readable form.
• Payment details: handled entirely by Whop. We never receive or store your card number. We only get confirmation that a payment happened, and the email and plan it was for.

2. How we use it

• To create your voiceovers and show them in your history.
• To track your minutes and activate the plan or pack you bought.
• To send account emails, such as email confirmation and sign-in links.
• To prevent abuse of the free trial and keep the service secure.

We don't sell your data and we don't use it for advertising.

3. How your audio is stored

• Your audio files are kept in private storage. Only you can access them, through temporary links that expire after 1 hour.
• Your voiceovers and audio are kept for as long as your account exists, so you can find them in your history. When you delete your account, they are deleted too.

4. Who we share data with

• Whop processes payments. See Whop's Privacy Policy.
• Our AI voice provider receives the text you submit (and your chosen language and voice) only to generate the audio.
• Our hosting and database provider stores your account and files securely.

We may also share information if the law requires it.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use your browser's storage only for things the site needs to work: keeping you signed in and remembering whether you chose light or dark mode. We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking.

6. Your rights

• You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and all your voiceovers.
• To make a request, email yassineamaiz3334@gmail.com from your account email. We'll reply within 30 days.
• Deleting your account doesn't cancel a Whop subscription automatically. Please cancel it first so you aren't charged again.

7. Changes

We may update this policy. If changes are important, we'll let you know by email or on the site.
